It is with excitement and sadness we are letting you know we will be retiring and passing the practice onto a wonderful optometrist, Dr. Brian Harris.
When the opportunity to take over this practice five years ago came to us, many of you knew we considered this our semi-retirement. Although we had planned to work for several more years, we were introduced to Dr. Harris recently and knew he was the correct person to carry on the practice and continue the care of our patients. We have been very fortunate to have 2 great practices in our career, one in Ohio and our Palm Bay practice. When we started our career 26 years ago, we never imagined how much the impact each of you would have on us. We want to thank each one of you for trusting us with your care but also for being such a positive part of our lives. Although we are excited to be able to spend more time with our parents who do not live in Florida and start traveling for extended periods of time, we will miss all of you!
We know you will all welcome Dr. Harris like you welcomed us. Dr. Harris is a graduate of our alma mater, Nova Southeastern University in Davie, Florida. He and his wife, Jennifer, both worked as licensed opticians before Dr. Harris decided to become an optometrist. Dr. Harris, Jennifer and the entire Coastal VisionCare team you have gotten to know will continue to give you the care and attention you deserve. The transition will be occurring mid-October and we will continue to work with Dr. Harris behind the scenes to ensure there is complete continuity in your eyecare.
